Salsa Sauce Recipe

  1. Simmer all ingredient 30 to 40 min, then thicken with cornstarch (about 3/4 c. dissolved in a little cool water).
  2. Boil in warm water bath for 20 min.
  3. Makes 8 pints.
  4. If you do not have fresh jalapenos can use 3 to 4 Tbsp.
