Green Bean Salad

  1. Saute garlic in some olive oil for about 2 minutes and then add the green beans.
  2. Saute the beans for another 2-3 minutes and then set aside to cool.
  3. Once the beans are cool, mix everything together and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. I like a 1:3 ratio between the oil and vinegar, but you can play with the amounts depending on what you like.
