Sesame Pork Tidbits with Sweet and Sour Sauce

  1. Trim excess fat from pork; cut into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
  2. Thoroughly combine cornstarch, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed in medium bowl (mixture will be very stiff).
  3. Stir in pork cubes; let stand 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare Sweet and Sour Sauce; (see below) keep warm.
  5. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat to 150 degrees CF (65 degrees CC).
  6. Add 13 of the pork cubes and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Repeat with remaining pork.
  9. Serve immediately with warm Sweet and Sour Sauce.
