Yakisoba Noodles with Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 10 whole Baby Carrots Chopped
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Flank Steak, Sliced
- 3 dashes Salt
- 3 dashes Pepper
- 3 dashes Seasoning Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 18 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 packages Yakisoba Noodles (Beef Flavor), 4 Ounce Packages
- 1.
- Prep vegetables and meat as described in the above list.
- 2.
- Season meat with a few dashes of salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.
- 3.
- Place oil, garlic, and red pepper in a wok on low for about two minutes, mixing to combine.
- Remove this from the wok and put to the side in a small bowl.
- Increase heat to high.

- Place seasoned meat in wok on high heat for about two minutes, stirring to cook all sides.
- Place meat into a large bowl.
- 5.
- Pour some of the garlic/pepper oil combination in the wok on high heat.
- Add carrots and cook for a minute.
- Add onion and cook for another minute, mixing as it cooks.
- Add cabbage and cook for another minute mixing as it cooks.
- Add the rest of the garlic/pepper oil combination.
- Stir together for another minute.
- Put veggies in the bowl with the meat.

- Keep the wok on high heat.
- Measure out the amount of water specified on the two noodle packages.
- Put water into the wok and bring to a boil.
- Add noodles.
- After 2 minutes the noodles should be soft.
- Add the flavor packets.
- Cook until noodles have soaked up flavor and most of the liquid is gone.

- Add veggies and meat and cook until liquid is totally gone.
- Plate and enjoy!
