Applesauce Cake (Mix) Recipe

  1. PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN (2 PANS) TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN

  3. COMBINE CAKE MIX, CINNAMON, CLOVES, BAKING SODA, SALAD OIL.
  4. AND WATER IN MIXING BOWL.
  5. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED 3 Min; SCRAPE DOWN BOWL.

  7. Add in APPLESAUCE; BEAT AT LOW SPEED 3 Min.
  8. SCRAPE DOWN BOWL ONCE DURING BEATING.

  10. FOLD RAISINS INTO BATTER.

  12. POUR 1 GAL (ABOUT 7 LB 3 Ounce) BATTER INTO EACH GREASED AND FLOURED PAN.

  14. BAKE 35 TO 40 Min Or possibly Till DONE.

  16. Cold; FROST If you like.
  17. CUT 6 BY 9.
