Dairy Free Smoothie
- 12 cup almond milk
- 12 cup water
- 14 oatmeal
- 12 tablespoon honey (more if needed)
- 1 cup frozen fruit (I alternate between mixed berries, tropical fruit, etc.)
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- I typically blend all but 1/2 cup of the fruit then add the remaining fruit after everything else is well blended.
