Baked Pasta Shells Marinara Recipe

  2. Cook pasta shells in salted water according to package directions, drain well.

  4. Heat margine in medium skillet.
  5. Add in carrots, onions 1 clove garlic and the celery.
  6. Saute/fry; stirring, till golden and just tender.

  9. Heat oil in medium saucepan.
  10. Saute/fry onions till just golden brown.
  11. Add in garlic, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, 1/2 tsp.
  12. salt, 1/2 tsp.

  14. Bring to bliling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.

  16. Peel and chop boiled Large eggs.
  17. In medium bowl, combine Large eggs, cottage cheese, sauteed veggies, oregano, 1/2 tsp.
  18. salt, pepper, bread crumbs, parsley and raw egg.

  20. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  21. Spoon filling into pasta shells and arrange in 2 layers, in a shallow baking dish.
  22. Top with sauce and parmesan cheese.
  23. Bake 25 min.
