Lower Fat Cream Sauce for Pasta
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 13 cup fat-free half-and-half
- Soften cream cheese in your microwave on 50% power for approximately 1 minute in a medium sized bowl.
- Stir cream cheese until smooth.
- Add garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
- Add FF half and half until thinned to a good consistency for pouring over pasta.
- I guessed at the amount I used since I do not measure things when I am cooking.
- Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
