Chicken Caesar Recipe
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tin (2 ounce.) flat anchovies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
- Dressing: Whisk all ingredients in bowl till smooth.
- Salad: Combine lettuce, chicken, bagel chips and cheese in large bowl and toss with dressing.
- Arrange on platter and garnish with tomatoes.
- Makes 6 servings: each serving: 455 calories.
