Pheasant European Style

  1. Add dried beef to greased crock pot.
  2. Wrap each piece of boned pheasant with a strip of bacon and place on dried beef.
  3. Mix sour cream, flour and water.
  4. Combine mixture with soup.
  5. Pour mixture over pheasant.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
  7. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
