Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Bread

  1. Stir brown rice flour, white rice and sweet sorghum flour, chickpea flour, yeast, xanthan gum, and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. Stir eggs, soy nut butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar into the flour mixture; add water and almond milk and stir.
  3. Transfer mixture to the pan of your bread machine.
  4. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
