Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Bread
- 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- 3/4 cup gluten-free white rice and sweet sorghum flour
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy nut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Stir brown rice flour, white rice and sweet sorghum flour, chickpea flour, yeast, xanthan gum, and salt together in a large bowl.
- Stir eggs, soy nut butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar into the flour mixture; add water and almond milk and stir.
- Transfer mixture to the pan of your bread machine.
- Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
