Honey-Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. Trim the fat from the tenderloins.
  2. Butterfly by making a lengthwise cut, cutting to with in 1/4 inch of the other side.
  3. Place in a shallow pan or zip-lock bag.
  4. Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
  5. Pour over tenderloin.
  6. Cover or seal; refrigerate at least 3 hours turning occasionally.
  7. Remove tenderloin and discard marinade.
  8. Combine brown sugar, honey and sesame oil in a small saucepan.
  9. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  10. Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
  11. Grill over low to medium heat 10 to 15 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
  12. Baste frequently with honey mixture.
