Homemade Mayonnaise
- 14 cup canola oil
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sweet rice flour
- 1 teaspoon arrowroot
- 12 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon white pepper
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- comebine all in a blender and process until mixture thickens.
- store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
