Macrobiotic Strawberry & Tofu Brulee
- 100 grams Strawberries
- 100 grams Tofu
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Kudzu flour (or katakuriko)
- Cut off the stems of the strawberries and rinse.
- Lightly drain the tofu.
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
- Pour them into ramekins and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
- They're done!
