Macrobiotic Strawberry & Tofu Brulee

  1. Cut off the stems of the strawberries and rinse.
  2. Lightly drain the tofu.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
  4. Pour them into ramekins and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
  5. They're done!
