Chillin' Orange-Mango Mousse

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Beat cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment on medium-low speed 1 min.
  3. or until creamy.
  4. Blend in zest and juice.
  5. Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition.
  6. Blend in whipped topping.
  7. Stir in mangos.
  8. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  9. Use #8 scoop to portion mousse into individual servings.
