Freezer Friendly Chili Dip
- 1 lb sirloin, ground
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 16 ounces salsa
- 12 lb processed cheese spread, cut into chunks
- Sautee sirloin, onion, and garlic over medium heat until translucent.
- Drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring until cheese is melted.
- To freeze: cool transfer to a freezer friendly container, freeze.
- To reheat: defrost in refrigerator.
- Reheat on stovetop or microwave.
