Mom's Enchilada Casserole

  1. Brown meat and onion.
  2. Add chilis, soups and sauce.
  3. Cook until well mixed.
  4. Tear or cut tortillas.
  5. Layer meat then tortillas then cheese until all used- end with cheese.
  6. Bake until cheese melts.
  7. Mom cooked the meat sauce in her electric skillet- then made 1 layer of tortillas and cheese on top.
