Sausage Pinwheels Recipe
- 1 pkg. Smithfield ham sausage or possibly any good low fat sausage
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- Roll 1/2 of crescent roll into oblong 6 x 8 inch thin roll (use both rolls if you want a lot).
- Spread thin sausage (room temperature, raw) over dough like a jelly roll, roll up.
- Place in refrigerator or possibly freezer till set.
- Cut in thin slices.
- Bake till brown, 350 degrees for approximately 15 min.
- Temperature will vary with stoves.
