Texas Chili

  1. Brown the ground beef and sirloin beef cubes in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. In slow cooker, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients, and cook on low setting for eight hours.
  4. Top with scoop of sour cream and shredded Jack cheese.
  5. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
