Sweet & Sour Grilled Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup Kraft Russian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), split lengthwise
- 2 cups tightly packed Bibb lettuce, shredded
- Mix first 3 ingredients; pour half over chicken in shallow dish.
- Turn chicken to coat both sides of each piece.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken 4 min.
- on each side or until done (170 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 5 min.
- Serve on lettuce-covered plate.
