Sweet & Sour Grilled Chicken Breasts

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients; pour half over chicken in shallow dish.
  2. Turn chicken to coat both sides of each piece.
  3. Refrigerate 20 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill chicken 4 min.
  8. on each side or until done (170 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 5 min.
  9. Serve on lettuce-covered plate.
