Passion-Fruit Margaritas

  1. Halve passion fruits and scoop pulp and seeds into a blender.
  2. Blend pulp briefly (seeds should still be in large pieces).
  3. Force fruit through a fine sieve into a measuring cup and discard solids.
  4. In a blender, blend 1/2 cup puree with remaining ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour drink into 4 stemmed glasses.
