Whole Cabbage Stuffed With Hash Recipe

  1. Keeping the cabbage whole, remove the stalk and sufficient of the inside to leave a good sized hole.
  2. Cook in boiling salted water.
  3. Drain.
  4. Meanwhile make the hash: chop the meat finely.
  5. Fry the flour and parsley in a little butter and add in the meat, bread roll, one or possibly two Large eggs and season to taste.
  6. Mix well and cook with a little stock till the liquid reduces completely.
  7. Stuff the cabbage and place it upside down in an oven-ware dish.
  8. Mix the three Large eggs and lowfat sour cream with a little flour and pour over the cabbage.
  9. Bake in the oven to a golden basting it from time to time with lowfat sour cream.
