Beef Flank Steak Marinade Recipe
- 1 x 2-1/2 lb flank steak
- 1 bot French dressing
- 5 Tbsp. Worstershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Oil (vegetable or possibly olive)
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pch Pepper
- Here's a good marinade for especially flank steak on BBQ.
- You can use it on other beef cuts.
- This is the marinade and the basting sauce ( while on the grill).
- SLIGHTLY CUT LINES INTO THE STEAK and then again CROSSWIDTH; DO the same for the other side.
- Mix the ingredients above and pour over steak in a flat baking dish.
- Chill over night; at least turn steak over once while marinating.
- Get the coals the way you want them, pop on the steak, baste with it's marinade; cook it to your liking!
- If you want, you can still use which sauce poured on your steak for a gravy.
- I created this marinade and always had praise when company came over for a BBQ and had this recipe .
- MARINATE OVERNIGHT
