Cherry Pepsi Ribs

  1. Boil ribs for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove from pot.
  3. Season with dried spices.
  4. Reduce pepsi by 1/2.
  5. Add bbq sauce.
  6. Simmer for five minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Do not boil or burn sauce.
  8. Tear a piece of tin foil large enough to make a tent to enclose the ribs.
  9. Pour cherry Pepsi under ribs.
  10. Close foil to enclose the ribs.
  11. Bake at 300 for approximately three hours or until ribs are nearly fall apart tender.
  12. Baste with sauce and reclose foil 30 minutes before completion.
  13. Baste with sauce again when ribs are finished cooking.
