Green Goddess Salad Dressing by Dave
- 23 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tablespoons chives, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, diced fine (option)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 13 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (to taste)
- 14 cup heavy cream
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend together well.
- It should have a very lite green color.
- Store, sealed in the refrigerator for a day before using.
- The flavors will blend and improve with time.
- Serve it on the salad of your choice.
- Works especially well on seafood and seafood salads.
