Roasted Garlic Au Gratin Potatoes
- gal. ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
- VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cut up
- cups milk
- Tbsp. Roasted garlic puree
- Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- Place potatoes in deep full hotel pan (or in deep 1/3 hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Mix VELVEETA and milk in saucepan.
- Cook on medium-low heat until VELVEETA is melted, stirring constantly.
- Add garlic and oregano; mix well.
- Pour over potatoes; stir gently until well blended.
- Bake at 325F for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
