Roasted Garlic Au Gratin Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in deep full hotel pan (or in deep 1/3 hotel pan for trial recipe).
  2. Mix VELVEETA and milk in saucepan.
  3. Cook on medium-low heat until VELVEETA is melted, stirring constantly.
  4. Add garlic and oregano; mix well.
  5. Pour over potatoes; stir gently until well blended.
  6. Bake at 325F for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
