Peppermint Brownies

  1. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Stir in melted chocolate.
  4. Blend in dry ingredients and cream.
  5. Spread on 2 wax paper lined 8x8 pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Cool and put layers together with peppermint cream icing.
