Spicy Chicken Drummettes

• 1/2 stick of margarine
• 1/2 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce (or other comparable hot sauce)
• 1 package powdered ranch dressing mix
• 2 pounds chicken drummettes (baby chicken legs)
• 1 cup blue cheese dressing
• celery stalks to accompany

1. Melt margarine in saucepan.
2. Add 1/2 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce.
3. Rinse and dry drummettes.
4. Dip chicken in hot sauce mixture.
5. Roll them in powdered Ranch dressing mix.
6. Spread onto baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
8. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
