Shredded Beet and Cabbage Slaw

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Combine cabbage, beets and onions in large bowl.
  3. Add vinegar mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Let stand 15 min.
  5. Sprinkle with nuts.
