Basic Bolognese Sauce

  1. Heat a large frying pan.
  2. Add the oil, garlic, onion, and cook for 3 minutes or until just soft.
  3. Add th emince and cook, stirring, until brown.
  4. Add the tomato puree and stock and rapidly simmer for 10-15 minutes or until thickened to your liking.
  5. Stir through the parsley, salt and pepper.
