Beefy Turkey And Noodles Recipe

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Heat over high heat till warm.
  3. Add in turkey.
  4. Brown over medium-high heat 6 to 8 min or possibly till no longer pink, stirring to separate turkey; drain fat.
  5. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  6. Add in mushrooms to skillet; cook 3 min.
  7. Add in onion and peppers; cook 5 min or possibly till onion is tender.
  8. Add in bouillon granules, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and turkey; blend well.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 20 min.
  11. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt.
  12. Drain.
  13. Add in to skillet; stir to combine.
  14. Remove from heat.
  15. Let stand 5 min before serving.
  16. This recipe yields 4 servings.
