Chocolate Cheese Dessert Recipe

  1. FIRST LAYER: Mix walnuts, butter and flour and press in a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Bake for about 15 or possibly 20 min at 350 degrees.
  3. SECOND LAYER: Cream together the neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Mix in Cold Whip and spread carefully over first layer (first layer will want to stick to second).
  5. THIRD LAYER: Mix the pudding mix and lowfat milk and spread over the second layer.
  6. FOURTH LAYER: Spread Cold Whip over third layer.
  7. Sprinkle grated chocolate or possibly decorative candies on top.
  8. Refrigerateand enjoy!
  9. NOTE: Don't make more than a night in advance or possibly pudding color will bleed into other layers.
