Mini Meatball Slubs
- 12 whole Mini Top-split Hot-dog Buns (if You Can't Find These, Full-size Buns Would Be Just Fine!)
- 24 whole Cooked Meatballs, Store-bought Or Your Favorite Recipe
- 3/4 cups Marinara Sauce Or Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Or Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Each, Fresh Chopped Oregano And Basil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Toast the buns in the oven for 5 minutes to eliminate sogginess, stuff in 2-3 small meatballs, top with tomato sauce and cheese, sprinkle with herbs and toss em back in the oven for 5 more minutes to heat through and to melt it all together.
- Delicious served with a side salad.
