Mini Meatball Slubs

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Toast the buns in the oven for 5 minutes to eliminate sogginess, stuff in 2-3 small meatballs, top with tomato sauce and cheese, sprinkle with herbs and toss em back in the oven for 5 more minutes to heat through and to melt it all together.
  3. Delicious served with a side salad.
