Pinwheel Cake And Cream

  1. Chop 1 peach; set aside.
  2. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  3. Add pudding mix.
  4. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Gently stir in whipped topping, orange zest and chopped peach.
  7. Arrange pound cake slices on serving plate.
  8. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over cake.
  9. Slice remaining peach.
  10. Top cake with peach slices and remaining fruit.
  11. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
