Mexican Rice

  1. Heat oil in saucepan
  2. Add rice to oil.
  3. Stir constantly until rice turns golden brown.
  4. Add chicken bouillon and garlic salt
  5. Add tomato sauce.
  6. OK to substitute for fresh chopped tomato
  7. Mix.
  8. Add water.
  9. Mix again.
  10. If using jalapeno, cut in half and seed.
  11. Then put in saucepan to give extra kick of spice.
  12. Cover.
  13. Lower heat and let simmer about 15 minutes or until all water is gone.
