Basic Meatlballs
- 12 egg
- 75 ml dry breadcrumbs
- 50 ml finely chopped onions
- 2 ml salt
- 1 ml pepper
- 12 lb lean ground beef
- Beat egg in a bowl with a fork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Shape into 20 small balls.
- Bake on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper at 190C for 15 minutes.
- Meetballs should be all the same size and cooked through.
