The Best Banana Cream Pie

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whip milk, sour cream, and pudding mix together until smooth.
  2. Let rest.
  3. Slice bananas, and line the crust with them.
  4. (Don't put them too high up the sides--any left uncovered by the filling will brown.
  5. ).
  6. Pour filling on top of bananas, and chill (loosely covered) until nearly ready to serve.
  7. Whip cream.
  8. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix again.
  9. Dollop on top of the filling and serve immediately.
