Homemade Nametake

• 3 bunches enoki mushrooms
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp sake
• 3 tbsp mirin (sweet sake for cooking)

1. Chop enoki mushrooms into small pieces.
2. Cook it with the other ingredients till it is well done (we should vaporize some alcohol).
3. Enjoy it with rice, and with other dishes as well.
