Blueberry Ambrosia Recipe
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. peaches, cut in bite size pcs
- 1 c. liquid removed crushed pineapple">pineapple or possibly pineapple">pineapple chunks
- 1 c. sm. green grapes or possibly Emperor grapes (halved and seeded)
- 2 c. sm. marshmallows
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Mix all together in a bowl.
- Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
- 6 servings.
- This dish is a favorite at church suppers and picnics.
- I always make this for our Douglass clan gathering in July.
