Grilled Mesquite Hamburgers

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine ground beef and grill seasoning in medium bowl; mix lightly.
  3. Form into 4 (1/4-inch thick) patties.
  4. Place patties onto grill.
  5. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches at least 160F or 10-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center.
  6. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; let melt slightly.
  7. Layer 1 lettuce leaf and 1 slice tomato onto each bottom half of bun.
  8. Top each with 1 burger and top half of bun.
