BLT with Avocado & Barbecue Aioli
- 13 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Avocado, Pitted And Peeled
- 4 slices Toast
- 6 slices Bacon (cooked)
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 pieces Romaine Lettuce
- Whisk together barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and garlic in a small bowl to make the Barbecue Aioli.
- Spread the avocado on two slices of the toast.
- Layer 3 slices of bacon on top of the avocado on each piece of toast.
- Then add some tomato and lettuce.
- Spread top pieces of toast with Barbecue Aioli and add them to the top of the sandwiches.
