Veggie - Tilapia - Pan
- 3 tilapia filets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 carotts
- 1 leek
- 3 large mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato
- 150 ml tomato sauce
- 1 chopped parsley
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 dill
- 210 grams precooked rice
- 1 corn
- 1 chopped chives
- Thinly slice all veggies and cook in a large pot of water for 15 minutes (except tomatoes)
- In another pot, place the filets, cover with water.
- Add dill, salt and pepper.
- Let cook for 5 minutes
- Preheat a pan with some olive oil, throw in the onions and cooked veggies, including tomatoes.
- Slighty fry, mix in the fish filets, flaking them, so add rice and tomato sauce
- Serve with white wine
