Port Wine Raisin Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat wine in double boiler.
  2. Mix cornstarch with sugar and stir into the wine.
  3. Cook and stir till sauce is smooth and clear.
  4. Add in 1/2 c. seeded raisins if desired.
  5. Other red wines may be used in making this sauce.
