Black-Eyed Pea Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put in covered tupperware type container and let"marinate" at least 12 hours.
  3. Keeps well- up to 3 weeks.

blackeyed peas, red onion, garlic salt, sugar, cider vinegar, pimiento, green pepper, vegetable oil, salt, hot sauce
