Chicken With Tomatoes Recipe

  1. Saute/fry chicken pcs in butter; oil till browned.
  2. Pour wine over chicken and cook till alcohol evaporates.
  3. In separate pot, combine stewed tomatoes, 3/4 can of chicken broth, liquid removed mushrooms and peas.
  4. Add in cooked chicken and simmer, 15-20 min.
  5. Before serving, mix cornstarch with remaining chicken broth.
  6. Stir till smooth.
  7. Add in mix to chicken and tomatoes, stir till slightly thickened.
  8. Serve over rice or possibly egg noodles.
