Peppermint Petites

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine all cookie ingredients except flour in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add flour; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 10-13 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Combine powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and melted chocolate in bowl.
  10. Beat at low speed, adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency.
  11. Frost cookies; sprinkle with crushed candies.
