Mexican Meat Loaf Roll

  1. Combine meat, oats, eggs, worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well.
  2. On wax paper, press meat mixture into 20x10 1/2-inch rectangle.
  3. Combine cream cheese and chilies; mix well.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over meat mixture to within 1 inch of outer edge.
  5. Roll, jelly roll fashion, starting at narrow end.
  6. Place in 12x8 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350F (180C) F, 40 minutes.
  8. Top with salsa; continue baking for 10 minutes.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
