Turkey with Salsa Relish Sandwich

• 2 Tbsp. TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
• 2 Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
• 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
• 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
• 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted White Turkey

1. Mix salsa and relish.
2. Spread 2 toast slices with reduced-fat cream cheese, then salsa mixture.
3. Fill with turkey to make 2 sandwiches.
