Favorite Meat Loaf

• 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 13 cup minced garlic clove
• 13 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1 lb ground chuck
• 1 (12 ounce) can Spam
• 2 large eggs
• 1 chopped medium onion
• 18 teaspoon pepper
• 14 teaspoon salt

1. Heat oven to 375F.2In food processor bowl, process SPAM Classic until finely chopped or grind by hand.3In large bowl, combine SPAM and remaining ingredients; mix well.
2. Shape into loaf.
3. Place on wire rack in baking pan; bake 1 hour.
4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
