Spicy Kumquat Relish
- 2 cups kumquat sliced
- 1/2 cup apples dried, chips
- 2 tablespoons ginger sliced
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice ground
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup apricots dried
- In 1-quart crock pot, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
- Cool; serve as an accompaniment to pork or chicken.
